Project Manager, AI

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-as-a-Service customer projects from closed sale through completion.
• Manage a portfolio of 20–30 concurrent engagements while maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Coordinate AI Solutions Architects, Data Engineers, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to deliver milestones.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and blockers affecting delivery.
• Manage customer readiness for project gates and milestone reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of project management experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS/AI solutions to external customers.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects end to end.
• Understanding of AI/ML solution delivery, including model deployment, data pipelines, integrations, and UAT cycles.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, and Salesforce/PSA, plus collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or implementation delivery.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, or data-platform engagements in systems-integration contexts.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
• Advanced degree or progress toward one.
