Implementation Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote - US; a flexible remote or in-office work model is available.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year

hirify.global provides credit intelligence, data, and analytics for professionals in hedge funds, investment banking, management consulting, and law firms. Its LevPro platform uses artificial intelligence to address data, nomenclature, and workflow challenges in leveraged credit asset management.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, from scoping and project kickoff through go-live, keeping implementations on schedule and within scope.
• Translate client workflows and requirements into LevPro system configuration, documentation, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate and test third-party integrations with engineering teams and external providers.
• Lead client training sessions and create documentation and FAQs for independent system use.
• Troubleshoot client issues, maintain communication, and partner with sales on the transition from contract signing to implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation tools, processes, and LevPro products.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in client-facing software implementation and/or project management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in leveraged credit or fixed income.
• High proficiency with software systems and data tools such as Excel, plus advanced proficiency using AI models including Claude and ChatGPT.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent client implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to build client trust, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and push back constructively when requests do not align with the product roadmap.
