Marketing Operations Coordinator (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Coordinate advisor and employee communications, including newsletters, email campaigns, webinars, announcements, and recurring marketing initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to gather content, manage deadlines, and deliver clear, brand-aligned communications.
• Manage communication calendars and production schedules for digital, print, video, and other marketing assets.
• Coordinate webinar logistics, including scheduling, registration, communications, recording, and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain advisor-facing marketing platforms, email marketing and webinar tools, audience lists, distribution groups, templates, collateral, and digital resource libraries.
• Prepare recurring performance reports, support marketing meetings and events, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and operational workflows.
• Experience coordinating communications, campaigns, webinars, content, or marketing programs.
• Ability to work at the SSC location in Dallas, Texas.
