Marketing Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Plan marketing initiatives with the Vice President of Marketing and sales leaders.
• Lead initiatives through the creative process with copywriters, designers, and digital marketing resources.
• Coordinate multiple marketing projects and ensure delivery against deadlines.
• Perform quality assurance reviews with a high level of attention to detail.
• Evaluate marketing systems and processes and recommend improvements to efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal sales leaders, external partners, and marketing resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management, account management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment and remain clear-headed under pressure.
• Self-motivated, professional, collaborative, and able to lead projects effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience creating marketing collateral, developing marketing communications, and executing marketing campaigns.
