Marketing Operations Coordinator

Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support current and new clients, producers, and internal teams through prompt and professional customer service.
• Set up and maintain accurate producer information in Arrowhead’s CRM.
• Coordinate producer appointments, contracts, licensing, and distribution management.
• Manage high-volume data and phone support while meeting response-time, satisfaction, and issue-resolution KPIs.
• Own assigned projects, develop procedures, and support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across divisions, participate in team meetings, and track progress against departmental goals.

Requirements

• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work with diverse employee and customer groups.
