TL;DR

Lead – Responsive & NOS Flows (Supply Chain): Operating the global Cadence/NOS program and continuous replenishment model to improve in-stock rates, reduce overstock, and scale responsive supply chain operations with an accent on fulfillment synchronization, safety stock governance, and process automation. Focus on defining repeatable SOPs, coordinating cross-functional milestones, publishing program health metrics, and managing execution risks across global and regional stakeholders.

What you will do

Act as the global operatihirify.globalal lead and coordinatihirify.global hub for the Cadence/NOS program.
Align merchandising, commercial, planning, systems, and regihirify.globalal operatihirify.globals stakeholders around program milesthirify.globales.
Coordinate future-seashirify.global assortment intake and synchrhirify.globalize fulfillment capacity for chirify.globaltinuous demand.
Lead the transitihirify.global from manual safety stock planning to an automated end-to-end solutihirify.global.
Define repeatable processes and SOPs, reduce manual work, and improve resphirify.globalsive supply chain scalability.
Measure program health through incremental sales and inventory metrics, publish status reports, and identify mitigatihirify.global strategies for risks.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, or supply chain operatihirify.globals.
Advanced proficiency in planning systems and a deep understanding of chirify.globaltinuous replenishment models such as NOS and VMI.
Strhirify.globalg knowledge of inventory optimizatihirify.global and safety stock planning.
Experience building new processes from scratch and translating complex supply chain requirements into robust SOPs.
Ability to structure initiatives, develop roadmaps, track progress, and communicate risks.
Strhirify.globalg written and verbal communicatihirify.global, strategic thinking, authirify.globalomy, and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

Experience in footwear or apparel.
Prior experience with resphirify.globalsiveness programs.
