Intern Supply Planner (Supply Planning)

What you will do

• Support the EMEA Supply & Demand Planning team with day-to-day planning and administrative tasks.
• Maintain shipment information and inbound priorities with third-party logistics providers.
• Link forecast change communications and resulting supply availability with commercial teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and assess item master data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain weekly planning tools, including 52-week and out-of-stock support tools.
• Maintain planning data covering volumes, planning prices, item substitutions, product versioning, and new product introductions.

Requirements

• Full-time undergraduate or graduate student in a related field, such as business administration, supply planning and logistics, or engineering.
• Bachelor-level qualification or relevant progress toward a four-year degree; applicants must be at least a rising sophomore or junior.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong reporting, analytical, communication, detail-orientation, and accuracy skills.
• Full fluency in English required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different groups and varied objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle or another ERP system.
• Knowledge or work experience in logistics or supply chain.
