What you will do

• Drive operational excellence across the Store Design & Visual Merchandising department.
• Partner transversally with the Store Design and VM & Scenography teams.
• Improve project performance through value engineering, supplier strategy, cost optimization, and process excellence.
• Support the worldwide delivery of boutiques, visual merchandising programs, pop-ups, and client event scenography.
• Balance brand impact, quality, cost, lead time, and operational efficiency across projects.
• Report to the Global Retail Design & VM Director.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement related to store planning, retail design, visual merchandising, or scenography.
• Capability to develop supplier strategies and optimize project costs.
• Knowledge of value engineering and process improvement.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery across store design and visual merchandising teams.
• Ability to work based in Signy (VD), Switzerland.
