Senior Business Solutions Strategist (ICHRA)

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities and transform business strategy.
• Assess business requirements against existing offerings and capabilities, documenting gaps and designing solutions.
• Support value estimation, cost-benefit analysis, business cases, and value realization tracking.
• Establish business architecture governance and maintain value streams, business capabilities, information maps, and strategy trees.
• Lead workshops and elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, process analysis, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Coordinate business and delivery groups on new offerings, capability launches, process improvements, and project scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or business design.
• Experience advising senior leadership on business strategies and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to conduct requirements analysis, facilitate workshops, and create business architecture models.
• Role location: Remote-MO, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with business architecture frameworks.
• Workshop facilitation experience.
• Business Architecture certification.
