Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end discovery, mapping, documentation, optimization, and governance of cross-functional operational processes.
• Develop enterprise process maps, work instructions, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Design and deliver functionality across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud, from ideation and development through deployment and adoption.
• Create mock-ups, prototypes, and scalable no-code Salesforce solutions, including Flow designs, data models, and security controls.
• Facilitate process workshops and align Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, implementation partners, and other stakeholders.
• Drive Lean improvement, root cause analysis, automation, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience delivering complex Salesforce systems and solutions, including Flow design, data modeling, security architecture, and no-code platform development.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data and API standards, including HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems and migrating existing business processes to Salesforce.
• Understanding of security and access controls for health data.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
