What you will do
- Inspect facilities to identify the source and extent of pest activity.
- Select and apply pest control products and services, perform treatments, and install prevention products.
- Use exclusion practices to prevent pests from entering structures.
- Document completed work and provide recommendations for required actions and additional services.
- Build relationships with commercial clients through helpful and courteous service visits.
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment while working independently after paid training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and successful motor vehicle driving record check.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background screening.
- Availability Monday through Friday and on Saturdays as needed.
- Attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and willingness to learn pest control.
- Ability to work in self-directed conditions after the training period and obtain required licenses and certificates.
Nice to have
- Client-facing experience.
- Experience using handheld technology, workplace apps, and Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
