Diamond Sales Expert (Retail)

What you will do

• Advise clients through personalized diamond and jewelry consultations, selection, education, care, and company policies.
• Manage virtual and in-person appointments, lead pipelines, follow-ups, and sales closing.
• Build customer relationships and deliver a high-quality luxury retail experience.
• Collaborate with showroom and virtual sales colleagues on clienteling and custom design projects.
• Share customer trends and product feedback with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Support product launches, in-store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.

Requirements

• Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume e-commerce or retail environment.
• Mandatory previous experience selling diamonds and a strong jewelry background.
• Certified Gemologist credentials from a reputable institution are highly preferred.
• Independent, motivated, well-organized, technologically savvy, and skilled in written and interpersonal communication.
• Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday on a non-traditional schedule.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; the employer participates in E-Verify.
