Superintendent MCU 2nd Shift (Automotive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Ensure production schedules are met to support complete, on-time customer deliveries.
• Manage the department budget and lead cost-reduction projects within production.
• Maintain documentation required for quality and production control, including Manufacturing Engineering documentation.
• Develop, monitor, and achieve production KPIs that improve P&L performance.
• Coordinate production-area activities related to equipment, machinery, facilities, safety, and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a production area within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of development, implementation, and maintenance methods.
• Knowledge of local and federal safety and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
