Junior Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Chihuahua, Mexico; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Support compliance with and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in the production area.
• Follow up on scrap reports and record and archive rework to maintain accurate quality records.
• Maintain raw material certificates to support documentation and traceability.
• Track continuous improvement projects and support their progress and completion.
• Follow up on and release raw materials according to applicable quality requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• One year of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience using measurement equipment and conducting audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Lean Manufacturing principles, and basic statistics.
• Project management experience, strong attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
