Quality Management System Engineer

Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, regulatory obligations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal, external, customer, and certification audits, including follow-up activities.
• Manage document control, quality records, KPIs, quality reporting, and management review inputs.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis, non-conformity investigations, and verification of implemented actions.
• Facilitate risk assessments, gap analyses, continuous improvement, NPI, and change management activities while training employees on QMS requirements.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience handling multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with employees at all organizational levels, suppliers, and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong ethical values, integrity, accountability, and commitment to achieving goals and standards.
