What you will do

• Support LEED and other third-party green building certification processes through documentation review, submittal preparation, and compliance tracking.
• Help project teams prepare for LEED v5 by integrating data, documentation, and submission workflows early.
• Review, approve, and track green product submittals, including BPDO credits and Low-Emitting Materials documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve missing information and sustainability risks.
• Participate in and facilitate construction progress meetings, providing updates on sustainability requirements.
• Develop sustainability tools, resources, reporting systems, and training for project teams and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• LEED Green Associate credential required; applicants must upload the current credential certificate.
• 1–3 years of experience in sustainable construction, green building certification management, or a related AEC field.
• Familiarity with LEED v4 and v5 requirements.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• LEED AP BD+C credential.
• Experience with WELL, LBC, NZE, NZC, Green Globes, LEED Online, or sustainability reporting platforms.
