Location: Hybrid role based in Alexandria, Virginia, United States

Salary: $95,200–$142,800 annually.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of water and wastewater engineering services for Mid-Atlantic clients.
• Perform planning studies, preliminary and final designs, asset management, program management, bid assistance, and office services during construction.
• Work on water and wastewater linear and vertical infrastructure, studies, modeling, and engineering reports.
• Manage multiple technical tasks while leading and supporting project teams.
• Support business and client development and maintain contract requirements, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; a master’s degree is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering consulting, including civil or sanitary studies and design focused on water and wastewater conveyance and treatment, as well as business development.
• Professional Engineer licensure is required in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
• Demonstrated project delivery experience, including managing client expectations, technical teams, and project finances.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
