Finance Manager, FP&A Supply Chain Finance

Location: Chicago, IL — Chicago/Aon Center

Base salary: $104,200–$130,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead monthly results reporting and forecast roll-ups for North America Supply Chain.
• Coordinate the North America Supply Chain budget and Strategic Plan with Operations, Commercial, HR, Global, and Finance partners.
• Build Monthly Business Reviews, Forecast Reviews, and Budget Checkpoints with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Review analytical projects, identify potential savings, assess project viability, and define follow-up plans and timelines.
• Integrate budgets and forecasts into business reviews with operations stakeholders.
• Lead financial-process training and change-management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
• At least 3 years of Excel mastery and financial systems experience.
• At least 3 years of financial planning and forecasting experience.
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to work across the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
