What you will do

• Support the Meals & Beverages Division's Transportation team through FP&A, performance management, and financial business partnering.
• Analyze monthly actuals against plan, forecast, and prior year, identifying volume, rate, mix, and productivity drivers.
• Lead annual budgeting and in-year forecasting for Transportation, including driver-based models, assumptions, sensitivities, and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate transportation initiatives involving loads, lanes, carriers, fuel, network changes, productivity, and carrier strategies by quantifying ROI and risks.
• Own planning and performance management for an operating expense portfolio of approximately $400M.
• Develop dashboards, executive presentations, training materials, and process improvements for financial planning and reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, performance management, and accounting concepts.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasts, scenario analysis, and sensitivities.
• Experience owning budgeting and forecasting cycles, supporting monthly close, and communicating financial insights clearly.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in operations, transportation, logistics, or supply chain finance.
• Exposure to activity-based costing, cost-to-serve analysis, network optimization, or route optimization.
• Experience with financial planning systems such as EPM or BPC and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant professional credential.
