Sr. Finance Analyst, FP&A

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois; must be within commuting distance and work in the office 3 days a week

Salary: $85,500–$139,350 annually, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly and quarterly forecasting across the company.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting support to functional leaders, identifying risks, opportunities, trends, and variance drivers.
• Process journal entries and accruals, analyze spending, and prepare month-end management reporting packages.
• Lead functional capital planning and support company-wide CAPEX reporting with finance business partners and the fixed assets team.
• Improve planning and reporting processes and contribute to quarterly Board of Directors presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality, comply with health and safety requirements, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Must be within commuting distance of Oak Brook, Illinois and work in the office 3 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and forecasting.
• Experience with CAPEX forecasting and planning, including operations, cash flow, and financial accounting.
• Ability to analyze large data volumes, reconcile data, and present summaries for executive review.
• Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of financial systems, independent working ability, and effectiveness in a cross-functional matrix organization.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• IoT or IaaS experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or Business Objects Planning and Consolidation.
