Finance Manager, Supply Chain FP&A

Location: Hybrid role based in Camden, New Jersey, USA

Salary: $109,200–$150,200 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage assigned components of the Logistics & Transportation budget, annual operating plan, monthly projections, and longer-range financial outlooks.
• Analyze actual results against projections, plans, and prior year performance, identifying volume, rate, mix, productivity, inflation, and other cost drivers.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Accounting, and Finance stakeholders on business reviews, operational decisions, risks, opportunities, and accountability.
• Develop scenario models, business cases, return analyses, and financial recommendations for network, sourcing, service, capacity, technology, and logistics initiatives.
• Identify and track cost savings and productivity initiatives, maintain benefit-validation methodologies, and improve reporting, dashboards, planning tools, controls, and data integrity.
• Lead day-to-day priorities, coaching, mentoring, and development for assigned finance team members while supporting capacity planning and succession discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive Finance or FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience managing or supporting a significant operating-expense budget and translating operating drivers into financial outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, business partnering, and influence-without-authority skills.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience with ERP and enterprise planning or reporting environments.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant advanced degree or certification.
• Experience in CPG, retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, or another high-volume operating environment.
• Experience in transportation, warehousing, distribution, customer logistics, or Supply Chain Finance.
• Knowledge of SAP, EPM, business intelligence, data visualization, or workflow automation tools.
• Experience with Integrated Business Planning, network strategy, cost-to-serve, or logistics sourcing decisions.
