Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Watertown, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, third shift from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Salary: $77,270–$113,322 per year, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Lead third-shift production activities and ensure schedule, safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and take corrective action when required.
• Respond to equipment downtime and coordinate actions to minimize production losses.
• Support operator training, new equipment startups, and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement and assist with capital and operational projects.
• Maintain accurate CMMS data and usage in Manager Plus while supporting maintenance needs and communication across shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience and 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with CMMS is strongly preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of equipment setup, operation, and preventive maintenance; experience with controls, electronics, pneumatics, and PLCs is preferred.
• Strong computer, basic math, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds, stand for up to four hours, and bend or stretch regularly.
