Country Activation Marketer (Industrial Adhesives and Tapes)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; onsite at the hirify.global office in Santa Fe, CDMX at least four days per week. May include up to 35% domestic travel. Relocation may be authorized.

What you will do

• Shape marketing plans for Industrial Adhesives and Tapes using competitive and customer insights.
• Support product launch readiness and reflect country-specific requirements in programs and portfolio decisions.
• Execute localized demand generation through communications, media, social channels, events, and channel partners.
• Support go-to-market execution through channel communications, training, eCommerce readiness, content syndication, and partner prioritization.
• Coordinate promotional and product support with sales and area teams, including calendars, translations, technical content, training, and local requirements.

Requirements

• Completed education in business and marketing.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, and commercial execution.
• Advanced written and conversational English.
• Ability to work at least four days per week at the Santa Fe, CDMX office.

Nice to have

• Experience across pricing, portfolio, end-user, channel, and communications marketing disciplines.
• Knowledge of customers, market dynamics, market trends, and product portfolios.
• Experience engaging sales representatives and influencing sales teams.
• B2B experience.
