Head of Marketing (LATM)

Location: Must be based in or able to operate within the LATM region (specifically Brazil and Mexico)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end marketing motion for the LATM region, including brand presence, demand generation, and customer case studies.
• Partner with LATM sales teams to align marketing activities with pipeline priorities and target accounts.
• Develop and execute vertical ABM strategies and targeted campaigns based on customer outcomes.
• Lead the partner marketing motion, creating co-marketing programs with resellers, SIs, and platform partners.
• Localize global positioning and messaging to ensure relevance for enterprise and technical audiences in the region.
• Manage regional events strategy, including owned events and third-party sponsorships.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B GTM, with a focus on LATM marketing.
• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
• Proven experience across demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing.
• Strong operational skills with the ability to build programs in an undefined environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical AI and developer tool products into compelling messaging.

Nice to have

• Experience in developer tools, AI/ML, or engineering productivity platforms.
• Background at a company with a services-plus-product model.
• Existing relationships with key SIs and resellers in Brazil.
