Brand Media Senior Associate

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of cross-channel Brand Media campaigns in line with client goals and strategies.
• Coordinate media partners, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance across channels.
• Build relationships with publishers and develop creative, effective media campaigns.
• Use audience insights, performance history, data, and research to select partners and guide campaign decisions.
• Contribute to RFPs, evaluate proposals, negotiate rates, and design bespoke campaigns for clients.
• Share performance updates and actionable insights, support high-impact projects, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital media strategy, campaign management, media partnerships, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in account planning and Brand Media, with hands-on content creation experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally on cohesive, 360-degree media strategies.
• Strong knowledge of marketing metrics, planning and analysis, market research, and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel, plus strong relationship-building and people-focused leadership skills.
