Branch Operations Manager (Lawn Care)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware 19804; must be physically located in the United States while performing the job

Salary: $83,134–$138,556 per year, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance and company-matching 401(k)

What you will do

• Oversee daily branch execution, technician dispatching, schedules, local assignments, and timely service delivery.
• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and supervise branch staff, lawn specialists, trainees, and service personnel.
• Lead daily huddles, resolve field-level issues, and translate district goals into branch priorities.
• Manage customer service processes, address customer issues, improve retention, and reduce cancellations.
• Monitor licensing, safety, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulatory compliance.
• Manage branch budgets, forecasts, revenue targets, operational metrics, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a business-related discipline and at least two years of related lawn, horticulture, agronomy, or lawn care services experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of supervisory management experience.
• Valid, permanent driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Must be at least 21 years old by the date of hire.
• Fluent spoken, written, and reading English required.
• Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.
