Method Engineer (Electrical Distribution Systems)

What you will do

• Participate in product development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Evaluate customer requirements and applicable standards with the development team.
• Define and apply product design and manufacturing methods at different development stages.
• Design and prepare production processes, including RUC and SOP strategies.
• Coordinate the implementation of design changes, equipment updates, and new technologies.
• Apply Lean principles and monitor procedures and protocols such as EOS, BOP, and BOE.

Requirements

• Minimum high school education; university or higher education is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Fluent English.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong learning ability, initiative, accuracy, responsibility, and readiness for teamwork.
