Customer Engagement Representative (Commercial Refrigeration)

What you will do

• Communicate with customers about warranty orders and coordinate requirements with internal parts and factory teams.
• Monitor, expedite, and follow up on order changes, specialty items, delayed shipments, freight claims, and returns.
• Process invoices and credit requests while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Use the Parts Oracle System to capture customer information, generate proposals, and monitor order processing.
• Document customer feedback, identify trends, and present resolutions and process improvements to leadership.
• Maintain the integrity of customer, transaction, warranty ordering, and tracking data.

Requirements

• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with strong attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work outside normal working hours and on weekends; onsite work in Bridgeton, Missouri is required.
