Materials Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Eleanor, West Virginia, United States; onsite at the office and plant floor

What you will do

• Lead daily and strategic materials management activities.
• Provide resources, work direction, and hands-on problem solving to achieve business goals.
• Build a continuous improvement culture through employee involvement in problem solving and decision making.
• Develop, coach, and implement Materials Management methodologies aligned with the Lean approach.
• Improve velocity and ihirify.globalory accuracy through sustained process improvements.
• Lead transformational projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and ihirify.globalory.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, materials management, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Clear understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience with change management, process improvement methods, and adapting to new processes in a fast-paced environment.
