Production Planner - Forks Township, PA (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage manufacturing activities, MRP and Kanban requirements, manufacturing orders, and product availability.
• Plan production priorities, monitor capacity and component availability, and coordinate overtime requirements.
• Manage component and finished-goods inventory, maintain planning data, and conduct Kanban and inventory audits.
• Respond to expedited delivery requests and coordinate commitments for assigned products.
• Lead process improvement activities focused on material flow, lead-time reduction, root-cause analysis, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with supervisors, buyers, engineering, management, customer care, and production personnel on solutions, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous materials management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Microsoft Office competency required.
• Strong organizational, analytical problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work additional hours when project or production needs require.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, including Kanban and pull systems.
