Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $188,500–$255,000 annually, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead initiatives that accelerate how product managers, designers, and researchers perform their work.
• Develop adaptive product strategy and set the roadmap for AI-native tools and agent-driven workflows.
• Improve the product development lifecycle from problem discovery and customer research through prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Partner with product, design, research, engineering, data science, platform, legal, and privacy teams.
• Build secure, scalable, and trustworthy capabilities that drive adoption and measurable craft acceleration.
• Define success metrics, prioritize requirements, communicate progress, and resolve strategic delivery issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including building 0-to-1 products and shipping AI-enabled products.
• Deep knowledge of Claude, Cursor, and other AI-native tools.
• Experience with customer research, market analysis, rapid experimentation, and qualitative and quantitative validation.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with tactical execution and evaluate product desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, influence, and team-building skills across senior cross-functional partners.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, entrepreneurship, business or finance, data science or analytics, or innovation; equivalent experience considered.
