Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. The team works Eastern Time. Hiring is currently available across most U.S. states, excluding AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MT, NE, NH, NM, ND, OK, RI, SC, SD, VT, WV, and WY. Candidates in excluded states may relocate to NYC. Relocation support to New York is available, with a preference for commuting distance to the Manhattan office and regular in-person gatherings.

Salary: $170,000–$220,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Drive product strategy, OKRs, and the roadmap for an AI focus area and oversee an AI pod.
• Lead product initiatives from concept through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Partner with design and engineering on product discovery, UX solutions, technical trade-offs, and implementation decisions.
• Work with marketing and customer success on go-to-market handoffs.
• Conduct user research and use evaluations and feedback to improve AI product experiences.
• Scope MVPs, prioritize opportunities, mentor junior team members, and improve product practices.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, including building AI products and end-user products at scale.
• Experience creating evidence-based roadmaps and leading high-impact projects from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong technical fluency and hands-on experience designing, building, and improving AI product quality.
• Proficiency using AI for product research, documentation, prototyping, and related workflows.
• Strong product judgment, communication skills, and experience using research and data to guide decisions.
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to work Eastern Time hours.
