Technical Product Manager, AI

Location: Onsite at one of the following U.S. locations: San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, Centennial, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Kansas City, Edison, or Omaha. Remote and hybrid work are not available.

Salary: $100,000–$138,000 per year, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Define product vision, objectives, success criteria, and strategic initiatives across Centers of Excellence platforms.
• Create discovery documents, low-level requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria for technology teams.
• Drive solution architecture for complex business use cases spanning multiple platforms and systems.
• Coordinate with IT and technical teams to deliver new features and releases on schedule.
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategy, feasibility, market dynamics, client needs, revenue potential, and financial impact.
• Measure product performance, communicate roadmaps to stakeholders, and mentor junior product team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce, Contact Center AI, RPA, and Generative AI-powered platforms such as n8n and Retool.
• Experience with Generative AI-powered automations in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in systems analysis, software development, solution architecture, or financial services.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
