Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States

Salary: $230,000–$330,000 USD per year, plus equity. The listed salary range applies to U.S.-based positions; international compensation is set according to the local market.

What you will do

• Identify high-leverage user problems and translate them into clear product direction and long-term vision.
• Shape foundational interactions across starting and continuing work, navigation, context, preferences, collaboration, and cross-platform continuity.
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, research, and leadership to deliver fast, intuitive, cohesive, and dependable experiences.
• Make complex AI behavior understandable and controllable through interaction models, defaults, and feedback.
• Evaluate and guide nondeterministic models toward high-value user outcomes through research, product data, and experimentation.
• Drive product-led growth, retention, and innovation opportunities in enterprise industries.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including strong product leadership.
• Strong communication, writing, product judgment, user empathy, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.
• Strong experience working with data and metrics.
• Experience with productivity and knowledge work products.
• Experience with prototyping, data visualization, and building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement.
• Initiative, ownership, and the ability to make difficult product decisions in uncertain conditions.
