Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States

Salary: $230,000–$330,000 annually, plus equity. USD salary ranges apply only to U.S.-based positions.

What you will do

• Define product direction for foundational agentic AI, search, and core user experiences.
• Identify high-leverage user problems through product use, qualitative research, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Design interaction models, defaults, and feedback that make complex AI behavior understandable and controllable.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and research to deliver fast, intuitive, cohesive, and dependable experiences.
• Drive alignment across product surfaces, platforms, and teams while communicating decisions, tradeoffs, and progress to leadership.
• Anticipate innovation opportunities in enterprise industries and develop long-term product vision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Strong product management and leadership experience.
• Strong experience working with data and metrics.
• Experience with productivity and knowledge work products.
• Experience with prototyping, data visualization, and data-driven improvement loops.
• Strong communication, writing, product judgment, user empathy, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.
