Technical Product Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Drive rapid feedback loops between prototyping, client input, and production to compress delivery timelines.
• Identify and remove blockers for engineering and design teams to maintain high velocity.
• Act as a force multiplier by creating clarity in ambiguous environments and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Continuously experiment with and implement AI tooling (Cursor, v0, Claude) to eliminate manual coordination overhead.
• Build and evolve lightweight systems and workflows that improve team alignment as the organization scales.

Requirements

• Experience shipping real products in fast-moving startup environments.
• Strong familiarity with modern AI tooling and a maker mindset focused on prototyping solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with an async-first, decision-oriented approach.
• Ability to hold context across business, product, design, and engineering without rigid handoffs.
• High ownership and accountability with comfort operating in ambiguity.
