Senior Manager HR Solutions EMEA (Maternity Contract)

Salary: £68,132.87–£93,682.70 per year, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the EMEA HR Solutions Lead team through coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and workload balancing.
• Oversee consistent HR service delivery across onboarding, offboarding, recruitment support, performance cycles, compensation, employee data, contracts, and leave administration.
• Manage end-to-end HR operational solutions in line with policies, standards, and quality expectations.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, regulatory requirements, data protection, and documentation standards.
• Handle escalations involving complex or sensitive employee and manager cases.
• Monitor service performance and drive process simplification, continuous improvement, digital solutions, and self-service.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior HR, HR management, or comparable operational HR roles with people-management responsibility.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing international HR teams.
• Strong end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR operations experience.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters and advising on employment law.
• Experience working across countries and functions in an international organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration; fluent English required.

• Professional certification in HR Operations, Project Management, or Systems.
