What you will do
- Support the administration of product and goods movements across international borders.
- Prepare, review, approve, and maintain import/export documentation, including customs declarations, purchase orders, packing lists, commercial invoices, bills of lading, and air waybills.
- Verify commercial and sales invoices against physical shipments, customer shipping instructions, quantities, goods value, country of origin, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate import/export matters with international customers, subsidiaries, distribution, procurement, planning, manufacturing, finance, regulatory, and compliance functions.
Requirements
- Skills developed through formal training or work experience.
- Knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs processes.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable customs laws and organizational policies.
