Customs Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage supply chain processes including inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations, and shipping.
• Produce reports from IT systems and analyze supply and demand trends for management.
• Lead backlog management analysis and gather demand data from country, regional, and account managers.
• Collaborate with regional and global planning teams to maintain and improve business processes.
• Review performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence.
• Provide training or general direction to junior staff members.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field; an advanced degree with little or no work experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of import/export operations, inventory control, supply chain planning, procurement, warehousing, and materials management.
• Experience with data analysis, KPIs, process improvement, ERP systems, and SAP applications.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and material requirements planning.
