What you will do

• Execute the movement of containers and air freight to ensure timely arrival at ports or warehouses.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for issue resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and shipment milestone timeliness.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet internal KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyze shipment data to identify root causes of defects and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate delivery appointments and provide necessary reporting to support client business needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required.
• Must be based out of the operations center in Guadalajara, Mexico.
