Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent (Advanced Manufacturing)

Salary: $99,000–$150,700 per year

What you will do

• Direct onsite project workflows in line with schedules, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead jobsite safety, administer the safety program, and coordinate inspections and incident reporting.
• Maintain daily activity and site-condition logs, manage punch lists, and lead closeout through owner and architect acceptance.
• Coordinate with the project manager on schedules, installation methods, sequencing, and commitments.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, scopes, work orders, tickets, change-order prevention, and early issue resolution.
• Organize site teams, temporary facilities and utilities, long-lead item expediting, and collaboration with site operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including work with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of building processes and construction best practices.
• Ability to organize people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience as a superintendent or project lead is preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business.
• Experience with tenant renovations, service work, occupied spaces, weekend work, or fast-paced projects.
• Project lead experience and OSHA 30 certification.
