Field Superintendent (Construction)

What you will do

• Oversee product installations throughout the Greater Roanoke, Virginia area.
• Coordinate in-house staff, subcontractors, customers, products, and installation equipment.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met on every project.
• Resolve bottlenecks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage larger projects and work directly with general contractors and customers through frequent on-site presence.
• Provide technical expertise to sales personnel and coordinate with administrative support.

Requirements

• Two-year degree with three years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects and/or a degree in construction management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and manage projects.
• Good mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety and quality.
• Availability for occasional overnight travel, approximately 10–20%.
