2027 Investment Banking Full Time Associate

Location: United States of America; full-time employment requires legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Base pay range: $175,000–$225,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, financial analyses, and transaction documentation.
• Manage and review financial models and valuation analyses.
• Participate in client meetings, deal discussions, structuring, and negotiations.
• Oversee Analysts’ work and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
• Support senior bankers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Participate in advanced training and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Graduation expected in May or June 2027; program start date is July 2027.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Business, or a related field or sector.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.
• Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills with advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship. Must hold or be willing to obtain Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience in Consumer & Retail, Leveraged Finance Origination, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Sponsors, or Technology investment banking groups.
