What you will do

• Research and evaluate potential large-cap and midsized technology-sector investment opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and industry research.
• Conduct business diligence through market research, expert interviews, and discussions with management teams.
• Support transaction execution and financing, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare investment memoranda, due diligence materials, written analyses, and presentations for investment committees.
• Analyze portfolio-company performance and develop value creation plans and operational improvements.

Requirements

• BA or BSc degree.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong collaboration, organization, attention to detail, motivation, and ability to manage competing priorities.
