Base salary: $175,000 per year, plus incentive-eligible performance compensation.

What you will do
- Drive multiple client engagement workstreams in partnership with analysts and senior bankers.
- Support the full lifecycle of consumer-sector M&A and private capital advisory engagements.
- Analyze complex datasets and identify trends using tools such as Capital IQ and FactSet.
- Build accurate, client-ready materials in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Translate analysis into actionable insights, deal strategy, and client recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings and deal-team discussions, including C-suite interactions.
Requirements
- Ability to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
- Availability for an on-call, in-office role in San Francisco, including in-person deal-team meetings and long hours.
- Master’s degree; relevant experience and education may be considered in combination.
- Working knowledge of income statements, cash flow statements, balance sheets, accounting, and finance.
- Understanding of Excel formulas, data validation, tables, conditional formatting, and PowerPoint presentation development.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, organization, collaboration, and ownership skills.
