hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Support sell-side M&A transaction analysis, execution, and documentation.
• Build financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and prepare pitchbooks, CIMS, and marketing materials.
• Research and identify potential buyers while maintaining detailed deal-related information.
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities and financial information for buy-side clients.
• Serve as a client contact and support business development and transaction execution.
• Coordinate junior-team deliverables, review analyst work, and contribute to recruitment, development, and training.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least two years of relevant investment banking industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, accounting, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Series 63 and Series 79 licenses; Series 79 must be obtained within six months of hire.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, client presentations, and valuation analysis.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, PitchBook, and AI prompts and agents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
