Associate (Structured Credit Solutions)

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Manage structured finance transaction processes as part of dynamic project teams.
• Lead Analysts and collaborate with coverage, product, trading, sales, and investment banking teams.
• Develop financial models, asset analyses, financing analyses, and valuation materials.
• Prepare written and oral presentations for senior bankers and clients.
• Develop credit information for ratings agencies and investors.
• Review legal and offering documents and support financing for M&A, LBO, and asset sale transactions.

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree and availability to start immediately, subject to any required notice period.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A, structured finance, securitization, ABS, or asset-backed finance.
• Strong financial modeling, financial analysis, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Experience working on complex, structured transactions and the ability to form independent judgments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact across divisions.
• Ability to balance multiple projects with strong attention to detail and a team-oriented approach.
