Salary: $175,000–$225,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Create and analyze complex financial models and perform scenario analyses for client transactions.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, debt issuances, and initial public offerings.
• Prepare financial exhibits, marketing documents, information memorandums, reports, charts, tables, and client presentations.
• Interact with senior and junior bankers and client executives to support financial decision-making.
• Coordinate with teams across divisions on client marketing and sales memoranda.
• Analyze industry trends, client options, and strategies, with a focus on Consumer-sector companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in the offered role or a related position.
• Experience creating leveraged buyout, NAV, three-statement operating, discounted cash flow, public trading comparables, and precedent transaction models.
• Experience using Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Dealogic, and Thomson Research Portal for market updates and transaction evaluation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, regulatory filings, analyst research, due diligence, and live transaction documentation.
