What you will do

• Analyze insurance premium, claim, and exposure information for internal and external customers.
• Develop actuarial templates and recommend methodology changes.
• Lead initiatives that improve team tools and analytical processes.
• Manage actuarial projects and ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Conduct peer reviews and enhance existing actuarial models.
• Perform innovative analyses, justify methodology choices, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience and/or training.
• ACAS certification required.
• Ability to interpret and analyze varied data, write reports, and present analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, R, SAS, Python, or Microsoft SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
