Marketing Program Manager (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid office arrangement in South Jordan, Utah, United States; in-office training required, with flexible hybrid work available.

What you will do

• Own the master launch calendar, program plans, launch tooling, templates, and status reporting across product launches.
• Run cross-functional launch syncs, track dependencies and gate criteria, and surface risks before they become blockers.
• Coordinate deliverables across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and partner channels.
• Sequence enablement assets, sales plays, campaigns, and training against launch timelines.
• Build a GTM-inclusive Beta, EA, and GA review process with clear entry and exit criteria, documentation, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Partner with Product and Tech Operations and Product Marketing on milestone tracking and customer-facing roadmap visibility.

Requirements

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in program or project management, GTM operations, or launch management within a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing concurrent workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong executive communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and escalation judgment.
• Hands-on experience with program and project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.
• Ability to design and maintain process infrastructure in an evolving function.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, EHR, or regulated-industry SaaS.
• Exposure to product launches, release management, or Beta/GA milestone processes.
• Experience partnering with Product Marketing or Product Management.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, use insights in GTM planning, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
